    A12E5 --  Ugh!

      I am a paying customer of Creative Cloud.  Using Windows 7. 

       

      I kept getting an error message when updating Creative Cloud applicaiton manager (A12E5).  Reading through these forums I unistalled everything and even used Adobe CC Cleaner to get rid of everything.  I still get the same error message when installing.

       

      I have also tried renaming the folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

       

      Same error message. 

       

      I have also tried installing in safe mode.

       

      Same error message.

       

      I now cannot use any of the programs I paid for.  This sucks.
