Creative Cloud applications do not use serial numbers. For products that require serial numbers, the trial versions do not have serial numbers... you have to purchase the application to receive a serial number for the application.
Thanks Ned for the reply,
I am still confused however. Adobe has given me a free creative could membership because of work I have done with the company in the past. I don't know if that affects the way things work. Within my "Subscriptions and Services" section of My Adobe, it reads "Creative Could membership (free). Under My Products it reads Design & Web Premium Version 6 with a registration date of June 3rd. There actually is a serial number listed out underneath "Products & Services". It has worked once before.
I have the Creative Could app that sits at the top of my machine in the menu bar. When I click on it it shows me a bunch of Apps..Now all the apps that should come with my subscription read "Try"...for example Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreeamweaver, InDesign... Other applications, I don't really use, do have a "install" button such as Scout CC, Edge Inspect, etc...
Is there a number I should call if this still isn't making much sense?
